The morning of when Ray's towing was supposed to come and get my vehicle change and have them pick it up the next day and taken to a different location. Never once was there complaint and they were appreciative that I called and rescheduled. The driver (sorry forgot his name), called about 30 minutes before he was supposed to pick up my rig and said he could be an extra 10 minutes early if that was convenient. Ray's company is not only highly professional but also courteous. To top it off to take it from my place out to Damascus (10 miles) was less expensive than another tow truck company charged me about 3 months ago to take it from in front of my apartment complex into the complex. I have not had the delight of using Rays Transport and Towing however I had a bad experience with another towing company and I got Ray’s mixed up with them. Mike from Ray’s gave me a call and through some clarifying questions we both agreed it was another company that I’m looking for. Mike went above and beyond to help coach me through my situation. He offered his personal phone line incase I ever needed a tow. Mike displayed how professional and caring he and the company are even though my matters had nothing to do with Ray’s. My daughter totaled her car and was blocking traffic. Jesse got there within 15 minutes and was so kind. She hit a tree and he even helped to move the branches off the sidewalk. Since she didn't have full coverage, I asked if I could sell her car to Pick-n-pull. He not only allowed us to have them pick up the car on their lot, he also moved it out where they could pick it up without any additional fee. Yes, the tow was $200, but 100% worth every penny!! You never want to need a tow but when you do, there's no getting around it. The last thing you need with an unplanned expense is a hassle, poor service and a disgruntle worker.
